So for some reason I feel as if today has sort of some significance to it..hmmm

OH ya! It's Courtney Wilson's 19th Birthday!



She is great and kind
and sometimes she's really sweet
when she speaks a funny phrase we all fall down laughing. 
God has her heart in his hand 
and His love brings her many blessings.
Today is the day we thank God that 
He created her 19 years ago.

Picked up from the fall.

Over this past weekend I had a chance to embrace one of my fears, skiing. It was my first time and I was going to put my fears behind me and enjoy God's wonderful nature. However, funny story, I was half way down my first run, on the bunny hill that is, and I was doing alright until...I biffed it. I'm not sure how I accomplished it but somehow I landed faced down with my legs all twisted and my skis flung on both sides of me. I sprained my ankle and now I'm back in daily life trying to make it around on crutches. Haha it's just my luck, maybe later I will try to ski again but for now I'm hobbling around trying not to hurt myself anymore. I've realized through this that I have amazing friends that care so much for me, getting me dinner, carrying me up the stairs and teasing me to make me feel better. I'm sooo thrilled because I just got my package from my mamma!! OH joy I now have crafting materials and treats and things! I feel so much love oh it's good thanks mom!! Today is just a great day I keep seeing God do so much good every where I look it's mind blowing mind blowing I tell you! Here's a little lovely song that I hope will put some hope & love & joy in your hearts:) By the way it's Day 9 I kept it simple today with my jewelry, which I usually do, but these rings I wear everyday.  The rose ring I found a few years back at a antique shop at the beach & it helps remind me that there is always beauty after pain or troubles. Mixed feelings about the Superbowl

This weekend one of my favorite and least favorite events is happening. All month I have been looking forward to February 2 but also completely dreading this day at the same time. You might be thinking sheesh girl you have some polar opposite emotions about this day! You are right, I totally do!  I am completely ecstatic that the seahawks will be playing in the superbowl!! It's only their second time ever at the superbowl and I am so proud of our NW team! My family has always been fans and well this time the seahawks must win! I even got inspired by a friend to make seahawk scarfs for my business, why not they are awesome!
