Summary of the Week

1. So this morning and I dragged myself out of bed and stared at my messy closet and thought...I can wear whatever I like! It was like I was welcomed a brand new wardrobe! Yesterday was my last day of the 30 day 30 item challenge. It was really fun to be more creative with my accessories and a good reminder to live simply with my life. I made a few mistakes by not putting enough neutral's in my 30's which made it harder to mix and match. I also was pretty bad at putting up pictures everyday, I'm kinda a roll out of bed and get ready in 20 mins girl, so taking pictures wasn't a total priority. I did it though I promise and it was a great thirty days!

2. There are 20 days till spring break! Yesterday's snowy whether had me dreaming about reading books by a fire and sledding all day and drinking hot cocoa up in a cozy cabin. Today however, I'm wishing for Californian beaches and disneyland! I think I'm just ready for a relaxing break and some warm whether. I just got to push through these last finals days of the term!

3. Stephanie Mackay, Happy Belated Birthday! I've been not soo great at blogging this week but I didn't want to forget to mention you! You are 20 yippee! I'm soo glad to have you in my life, you bring joy and amazing memories to our college life. Thanks for being an awesome friend Stephy!!

4. I'm saving the best for last... GOD is sooo good! Our "How does evil effect your life?" Stations went so well. God's kingdom advanced and I now have 11 new brothers and sisters in Christ! And that's crazy because I had been praying for at least 10 new believers and God was soo faithful!! It was an incredible experience to share the gospel with fellow students and God is continuing to do great things as we connect with more people and keep praying and speaking boldly in His name.

All Glory to GOD

{Day 28: cardigan: tjmax, blouse: f21, jeans: tjmax, earings: gift}
"5 For what we proclaim is not ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, with ourselves as your servants for Jesus' sake. 6 For God, who said, "Let light shine out of darkness," has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ."
2 Corinthians 4:5-6

 It's Tuesdays:) I enjoy Tuesdays quite a bit, partially because we have Bible Studies on these days and I have glee choir too. I'm especially in a good mood today because there is all campus worship tonight and I'm so excited! I really can't get enough of worshiping my Heavenly King! I love love love music it's one of my passions and worship is a way for me to completely escape into a time of beauty that connects me and God. It's such an incredible and beautiful thing as God reaches each and every one of us at all times as we worship Him in unity! I'm also stoked for tomorrow! We, as in Intervarsity Christian Fellowship, are setting up interactive stations around campus so that we can share the gospel with others. God is going to do work and we get to be along side with Him in sharing His good news and I'm so excited that our family is going to expand and His Kingdom will gain all the glory! Oh the Lord is soo good all the time He is good! I just want to praise His name all the time! So here's a little something I put together for my God. It's a little rough and needs some fine tuning/ I need better recording software haha. But take a listen and remember that God receives all the glory for He has given us new life!

There is More in store.

Okay so Winter Conference, what is that you might be asking?

Well Intervarsity Christian Fellowship has this conference every year in Portland and every chapter in the NW comes together and meets God. Last year when I went, God did some incredible healing in me, which you can read about here and so this I was looking forward to it ecstatically.

The Speaker, Rom, from the Ohio State Chapter, spoke to us out of Joshua. He was inviting us to the MORE of what God has for us.

"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go." Joshua 1:9
 That God will always be with us and that when we go out and start behaving courageously,  God is strong and courageous. It isn't saying that we can do it but that God can do it and in that we can be fools for Jesus not letting fear conquer us and believing that God's got it!

He also focused in on transformation and that God will transform us and we will be working with God to transform our campuses! That all will be reconciled, even enemies, and in solidarity we will worship and live for God together. It was just so incredible to witness the girls in my small group and people around me and see the Holy Spirit transforming them. Oh what joy there is in that! God completely re-affirmed in me that I am his beloved daughter, that He alone is my identity and that he receives all the glory! That what He has for me is far greater than the convenient life I tend to hide in. I am so stoked to be that fool for Jesus, to spread His good news and live a life that brings Him all the glory and continue to seek more of what He is doing.

God is soooo good and his Holy Spirit was just so completely moving in everyone there this weekend and he was so heavy upon me and wow what an awesome joy and love that was. I am greatly looking forward to what this week brings as we set up interactive stations on our campuses and go courageously and share the gospel. I know that God will use us and we will see his kingdom advance!
