Jesus &Coffee &Things worth Celebrating.


It's crunch time and Jesus and Coffee are holding me together. 
One Exam down. 

We had all campus worship last night and man how the Holy Spirit filled my heart. There is nothing more than I love than worshiping my father! Christ's unfailing love and grace is more than enough and when it comes to his Kingdom, one test or on paper doesn't matter. God matter's and that's it. That is beautiful news! It was absolutely wonderful to have all of the campus christian groups come together, in unity, in one place to worship our Jesus. I met up with so many new and old cherished friendships which all the more warmed my heart. (you know who you are and you matter to me:))
I'm so grateful for the people in my life. My family and friends are incredible.
Speaking of family...
 Happy 26th Anniversary to my lovely parents! Thanks for modeling to me what it means to love someone unconditionally and serve as a strong team for God. 
Also I have the most encouraging and helpful boyfriend on the planet! He's been giving me words of wisdom and prayers for my exams and my family stuff that's been going on. He helps me figure out my computer problems and He's been helping me take care of my sprained ankle. 
He's pretty good to me.

Russell is one amazing man of God. That's right. 



Anyway about that paper I'm supposed to be writing...

New eyes, new life.

First off I want to thank all of you who supported me financially and prayerfully. You all made a huge effort in getting me to summit and I can't thank you enough! Without you and Jesus of course, I wouldn't have had such an amazing and life changing experience.  If you couldn't already tell summit was amazing ! Not only did I gain amazing new relationships with my friends in IV(Intervarsity Christian Fellowship), but I gained an entire new perspective of how I look at the world and how I want to live in it. We studied in Acts and learned how to live in a community that eats together, prays together and does everything else together. We learned to live simply and realized that we actually can survive with the bare necessities and that we don't really need the things that we want. Mixed feelings about the Superbowl

This weekend one of my favorite and least favorite events is happening. All month I have been looking forward to February 2 but also completely dreading this day at the same time. You might be thinking sheesh girl you have some polar opposite emotions about this day! You are right, I totally do!  I am completely ecstatic that the seahawks will be playing in the superbowl!! It's only their second time ever at the superbowl and I am so proud of our NW team! My family has always been fans and well this time the seahawks must win! I even got inspired by a friend to make seahawk scarfs for my business, why not they are awesome! I definitely could have made much more business if I had only thought of that sooner, ha oh well!  BUT, I on the flipside my body is sick thinking about this game day because believe it or not it is the biggest incident of human trafficking in the U.S.  January is Human Trafficking awareness month and as an advocate I am asking for your prayers and intercession
